Our workshops have common dimensions: I teach the psychology around the topic, help you hold up a lens to see where and what about our topic is best for you, and help you create meaning and understanding so you can apply your learning. Practical and tactical!

Most workshop also include light, exploratory prework to prime you for the main event. My workshops come with a workbook to help you follow along and enrich your learning experience. Plus, they serve as a reference and handy guide!
